How Can You Treat Split Ends?

Haircare is one of the basics of a woman's daily care of herself. A woman’s hair is the secret of her beauty and the key to her self-confidence. Therefore, the woman must avoid the factors that lead to her hair being damaged, split, and lost. It is new and regenerates its growth and increases its density, but this is a somewhat misinformation, as the reason for the split hair is not only limited to the outer of your hairair but may extend to the hair follicle. Hair is a living organism that consists of three layers, and the hair follicle that provides the hair part with food and the colors that make up it.

Reasons for split ends

1-Daily thermal dealings such as blow-dryers and abrasions, which cause the hair's moisture to be pulled out and subsequently bombed.

2-The use of alkaline preparations, whether they are cleaning the hair or fasteners that are used for the hair, which encloses the hair and prevents it from breathing so that the hair will atrophy, split and then fall out.

3-Excessive hair, tightening while tying, combing, and styling, and using materials to curl, pull out, moisture and lose its vitality.

4-Exposure to the sun continuously, swimming in seawater or swimming pools that do not care for the quality of water, so the water is hard and causes damage to the hair and breakage.

5-Hair coloring, dyeing and coloring using harmful chemicals are not safe for the hair.

6-Permanently smooth hair and exposes it to harmful substances made from it, such as ammonia, which causes dryness, and roughness of the hair.

7-Malnutrition and food shortages that supply the follicle with the nutrients needed to supply it.

Ways To Treat split Ends

1-Cut hair periodically for a maximum period of six months so that the hair can grow and breathe again.

2-Avoid exposing hair to heat daily, preferably only once or twice a week.

3-Proper and balanced nutrition that provides the follicle with its basic components such as protein, collagen, and natural creatine

4-Doing hair oil baths and nourishing masks three times a week in case of very dry hair.

5-Selecting safe materials for hair coloring, curling, and straightening, provided that these products are free from dangerous chemicals such as formaldehyde and ammonia.

6-Non-violence in daily dealing with the hair in terms of washing, combing, and tying, and allowing the hair to dry naturally after showering without exposing it to the hot air.

7-The use of pure, non-hard water to wash the hair, and this is to reduce the severity of split ends of the hair if it was washed with water that is largely sulfur.

8-Leave the hair for three days without washing to take advantage of the natural oils it produces.

9-Not permanently exposing hair to plastic surgery, such as dyeing, curling, or straightening hair, and leaving no less than eight months between the process and the other.
